CURRENT SITUATION

We start planning our customers’ communications by analysing and investigating the current situation to help us in the task of: defining an objective, helping identify the target and developing key messages.

STRATEGY AND IMPLEMENTATION

Once we have established the objective, the target and the key messages, it is time to design the tactics and implement them. We work alongside our customers to adapt this strategy to the available resources and achieve the objectives.

ASSESSMENT

By analysing the results, we will learn which activities had the greatest impact, if they managed to reach the target public. All these conclusions must form part of the next communication plan to be able to grow and improve.
