Creation of a new line of communication

The Basque Culinary Center, a pioneering academic institution worldwide, whose aim is the higher education, research, innovation and promotion of gastronomy and nutrition, looked for creating a new line of communication. "We need a change of pace, something more edgy and fresh"; this is how the BCC described their desire to make a change in the catalog of the Degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. We entered the world of gastronomy with a goal: attract students for the degree. We wrote and decided the structure of the catalog’s content and gave to it a new design and photographic style, to give it that touch jovial they requested. A new rejuvenated catalog; modernized and written in an informative style, but with a pedagogical touch that makes it attractive, comprehensive and easy to read.

With the aim of strengthening the communication campaign offline to attract students, an online strategy that includes an audit of the website and SEO SEM campaign with Google Adwords for the courses "Degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts" and "Master in Sommelier Studies and Enomarketing" takes place.
